Ronda Walker Weaver Orem, UT April 19, 2012 8:22 PM		Oh we loved Chick and Marie, and I was thinking about them just yesterday. Scott and I were planning on visiting Marie when we came to the Shoals this fall. Please accept our heartfelt sympathy. Chick and Marie were amazing neighbors for the 2 years we had the opportunity to live next to them in the Village. We will never forget them and their true Southern hospitality. Chris and Catherine White Sheffield, AL March 16, 2012 12:29 PM		We sat next to the Wanns at church for several years. They were both so precious, so loving, and a joy to be around. They were so tolerant of, and loving to, our two rowdy boys! Mr. Wann always had a piece of candy to offer each son, and Mrs. Wann always wanted to know what was going on in their lives. The Wanns seemed so in love with one another, and they exemplified God's love. I will miss them so much!

Bob Ekiss & Lyn Herrington-Ekiss Prescott, Arizona March 7, 2012 4:42 PM		Marie & Chick were our very dear neighbors during the 7 years we resided in Sheffield's historic Nitrate Village No. 1. They made a precious couple -- always so devoted and considerate of each other. We referred to them as "the Sweethearts of the Village" -- now those Sweethearts are re-united in Heaven. We extend our sincere condolences to their families.
